Description
Raelor grew up close to the land. Years tending animals and cultivating the earth rewarded him with patience and good health. He has a keen appreciation for nature’s bounty alongside a healthy respect for nature’s wrath. As a teen, emissaries of King Thorne Durell approached his father’s farm and claimed it for their own, offering little in compensation. Instead of fighting, his father just gave in, and moved his mother and younger sister to the city. Because of this, he despises modern invention. He rebelled, thinking his father a coward, and when they moved to the city, he went off into the wilderness. It has been over a decade and he has not seen them since. Mostly living off the land, lending aid to farmers further afield when they needed food or on occasion being recruited to aid in passage through the world between cities.
Since
- Missed 15-Joining Forces
- The Mirror Of What Is told him, of the rest of the party: “One of them are lying to you. One of them are working for V”
- He impersonated V with the Hat of Disguise at the CFN Headquarters to bury a story about The Prophesizers, and walked out with the Water Symbol Stone and the Water Symbol Glossary
- Opened a tomb in The Piper’s basement in 16-Killing The Piper > The aftermath and took a golden-bladed sword with a sun on both sides of the hilt and crescent moons on the crossguard
- His sword is a Sun Blade. Touching it to Rithas’s Frost Brand Longsword in 17-In Theratinas Head > Our new items put him in the Shadowfell in Rithas’s place until Roz dispelled it. Per Bruce’s memory, both blades belong to a sharply dressed elf who plans to be resurrected
- He’s looking for a shield. He asked Bruce why he abandoned the plan at The South Tavern so easily (“good luck, guys”), and bought a cheap shield in Carrowyn
