Summary
Roz used Message to get Bruce to agree to walk away from The South Tavern with a few of his men for 15,000 gold, which we haven’t paid yet and may not. The rest were paid by The Piper, and when Theodore was spotted through a window we fought and killed them all. In the basement, a book of Milil warned that the Piper’s music can be felt, so Silence might not stop him, and Theodore solved the door’s musical puzzle with a natural 20. Inside, the Piper had ten dragons and said he needed three more for his ritual. He tried to talk us out of fighting, failed, and after a long, brutal fight we killed him. The three stolen dragons flew home to their owners. In the back room we recovered the notebook, found statues of Sable Dawnwick and Vigel Revere, and opened a chest of magic rings and necklaces and a Helm of Teleportation. The tombs in the main room held more swords, including a golden sun-and-moon blade that Raelor took.
