Known as the Starkeeper. A player character from The First Story, another campaign in our world.
We found a statue of her in the back room of The Piper’s basement under The South Tavern in 16-Killing The Piper > The aftermath. It shows a halfling woman with psychic blades and a headscarf, standing opposite a statue of Vigel Revere.
