Description
Rithas’s home plane. Per him, The Council of the Cold Veil is stealing power from his people. In 13-Full Moon > Back at The Sabertooth Tavern he said the group doing it operates out of Iskar’Thul and siphons from this plane too, probably the Feywild as well.
Modo has been here; he escaped death to it. He arrived inside a tree that cultists were burning to “summon something”. Rithas says burning trees is uncommon in the Shadowfell (15-Joining Forces > Rithas and Modo’s watch).
