A prospering organization of elves in The Vel’Therin Expanse. They seek to grow their hideouts, build their numbers, and expand beyond the expanse. They work for whoever pays the most; right now that is Thalan’dor. Their sigil is a pair of lips with a finger over it.

- They are in discussions with House of One Hand Clapping, and King Valecrest is waiting on the result before committing Carrowyn to a side
- The gnomes at the CFN Headquarters say The Prophesizers are going to replace them as the new leaders
- The Piper promised Bruce a war with them (15-Joining Forces > Outside The South Tavern)
- Bruce says his ultimate goal is to destroy them (17-In Theratinas Head > Bruce shows up)
