Description
A tavern in Carrowyn, run by Sir Cornelius and his bird Bird. The sign out front gives the instructions for the portal:
Circle full of sugar Pocket full of dough Pat on a head And in you go
Downstairs is a padlocked door with an Alarm spell on it and a sign reading “remember, the answer is outside”. The circle of sugar beside it is a portal to The Laughing Root in the Feywild; three days passed here while we were there.
Burned down in 14-The Piper, after The Piper cast Fireball inside during our fight.
