Description
Caer Thalor rises from the forest floor like a steampunk cathedral, all gears and glass, run by King Thorne Durell.
The Council of the Cold Veil keeps a vault here. The note on the hooded, masked man in 00-First Session was an order to bring the Diamond of 20 Monsters here to be locked away; see Diamond of 20 Monsters Delivery.
