One of the 12 Artifacts, and one of the most powerful of them. It is a massive, mangled dagger far too thick and long for a normal human to wield.

Uses
- We saw in 07-Tavern Owners > The fight that when someone who is not attuned comes into contact with it, they turn to stone until that contact is lost
- Gives the user paralyzing magic and siphoning magic anywhere within 30 feet
- It siphons the magic of the people around them
