Song Into the Past

Unknown level, Unknown school

• Casting time: Special (1/Year)
• Range: Self (5 feet for Steal)
• Components: Unknown
• Duration: Instantaneous

The Piper rewinds a fragment of his own timeline, briefly returning to where he was moments before and rewriting what he did there. Choose one:

• Steal. He takes one object from a creature within 5 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or the object is stolen.
• Move. He moves up to his Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
• Hide. He immediately takes the Hide action, even if he would normally lack sufficient cover.

After resolving the chosen effect, he may return to the space he occupied at the start of this ability. To everyone else, it looks as though the last few seconds briefly happened twice, with the Piper choosing which version becomes real.
