Description
The underwater city our steel and coral key (“51st street house 9”) points to. Theratina named it in 17-In Theratinas Head > Next steps: El Ferris, “The Drowned Towers”.
There’s a storybook about it. Some elves are cast out, settle near dwarves, are cast out again to a floating island, and then the city is magically moved underwater. By some magic they become Sea Elves. At the end, a sea princess marries a human and they live happily ever after.
We set out for it on Ferrar’s Airship at the end of 17-In Theratinas Head.
