Cryo Bomb

By replacing your Bomb’s explosive contents with a sliver of ice-nine, you can change it into a Cryo Bomb. This Bomb deals Cold damage instead of Fire damage and all of its damage dice are d8s. When you use the Bomb’s Explode property, each creature within the explosion makes a Constitution saving throw, instead of Dexterity. A target hit by this Bomb or that fails its saving throw against it has a -3 penalty to its attack rolls until the start of your next turn.
