You can treat this weapon as a Melee weapon with Finesse. When you hit a creature with a melee attack using this weapon, it deals Bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 plus your Strength or Dexterity modifier, or 1d8 plus your Strength or Dexterity modifier if the weapon is wielded in two hands.
